We thoroughly clean and sanitize the property, paying extra attention to high-touch surfaces and frequently used items. We use cleaning products and techniques that are effective against COVID-19 to ensure that the property is safe and clean for your arrival.

★ CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT ★

Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire first.

★ NOISE REQUIREMENTS ★

Wilton Manors quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During these hours, we kindly ask guests to keep noise levels to a minimum to avoid disturbing neighbors who may be resting or seeking a peaceful environment. Violation of our noise compliance rule will result in eviction and additional fees.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Please refrain from smoking inside our home! Any evidence of a smoking device used will result in a fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY ★

The maximum capacity of our vacation rental property is 6 guests. Please note that this limit includes both adults and children. If the maximum guest capacity is exceeded additional fees may be imposed.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

Please be aware that hosting parties, events, or gatherings of any kind is strictly prohibited on our premises. This policy is in place to maintain a serene environment, prevent disruptions to our neighbors, and protect our property. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction, and you may be subject to further penalties or restrictions from Airbnb.

★ PARKING ★

Due to local regulations and the limited parking space available, we kindly request that no more than four cars be parked on the property during your stay. Any additional vehicles are subject to towing at owner's expense.

★ OUTDOOR SURVEILLANCE ★

For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the front of the property (outside pointing to the entrance). No surveillance is located inside the home.

★ BUGS & CRITTERS ★

Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects. However, if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

★ SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE ★

We may have scheduled maintenance workers e.g. lawn care, pool maintenance, repair work that may need access to home or yard. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services.

★ POOL VACUUM INTERFERENCE ★

Avoid touching or disconnecting the pool vacuum: The pool vacuum is set to operate at specific times to keep the pool clean and inviting. Please refrain from touching, moving, or altering its position, as it may disrupt its cleaning cycle. It is essential to leave the equipment as it is to ensure optimal performance.

*Home is not childproofed. Please supervise children at all times.

** To make your stay more convenient, we provide two sets of towels per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer machine as a rapid solution. Additional towels can be provided upon request prior to check-in.

*** We want to clarify that while the pool can be heated, it will not reach the high temperatures typically associated with a hot tub or jacuzzi. Our pool heating system ensures a comfortable swimming environment, with the maximum temperature reaching up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit (32 degrees Celsius).
